Order Processing

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be handled on the next business day. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Estimates & Costs

• Contiguous United States: 3–7 business days. Free shipping applies to orders above the minimum threshold; a flat shipping fee applies for smaller orders.
• Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: 5–10 business days. Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• International Orders: 7–21 business days. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.
